Birth Records 2006 Onwards- 200 credits
England Wales & Scotland Birth records. Tracing a birth record whether for a family tree or to further family research is often time consuming and frustrating. Since the UK govt changed the rules about publishing this data on the internet the only option available to identify a recent birth event is to visit the regional records office. Our investigators will attend a regional records office and research the birth to ascertain the General records office index information that is required to obtain the actual birth record.Birth records are currently only 2010 provisional . 2011 Birth records are neither complete nor available provisionally and will require a district to be checked .If the Birth record search is returned negative 100 search credits will be refunded to your tracing account - First five GRO records only supplied.
To obtain the actual birth record you will need to order the record using the full birth GRO index via our replacement birth certificate service. You will need to supply either a full name or surname and birth district or mothers maiden name.
